2. Mandatory US Arbitration Agreement

For users in the United States, disputes must be resolved through binding arbitration and class actions are waived where permitted by law.

3. Inter-jurisdictional Compliance Thresholds

Digital asset and protocol usage is subject to local laws, and you are responsible for ensuring compliance and determining any securities-related obligations in your jurisdiction.
